Lillet Blush Cocktail
4 oz Lillet Blanc
2 tablespoons ruby red grapefruit juice, preferably fresh
1/8 teaspoon of finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 oz Hendrick's Gin
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly.
Strain into your favorite cocktail glass and garnish with fresh rose petals.
Enjoy.
